What clearances are required for delivery ?

Dropping off a 20-foot container requires space for heavy truck maneuvers.
Plan for a straight line of approximately 75 feet in length and a vertical clearance of 14 feet (watch out for low branches and power lines). The ground must be perfectly stable and level to prevent the container doors from jamming after loading.
What happens if the site is inaccessible on delivery day ?

If our driver cannot safely perform the drop-off (insufficient space, obstacles not moved, snow not cleared), a failed delivery fee ($250) will be charged. This amount covers the mobilization of the truck and personnel. To avoid this, we recommend validating your drop-off zone with our checklist 24 hours before.
Do I need to be present for drop-off or pick-up ?

Your presence is ideal but not mandatory. If you cannot be there, ensure the drop-off location is clearly marked on the ground (cones, chalk, or tape) and that your placement instructions are detailed in your customer file. Our drivers will ensure they follow your indications to the letter.

What does the Advantage offer consist of ?

The Advantage Offer is designed for medium and long-term projects. In exchange for a minimum commitment (e.g., 3 months), you benefit from our lowest rates. Once this initial period is over, your rental becomes “monthly” while keeping the same reduced price for as long as you keep your MobilCube.
Can I change my delivery or pick-up date ?

Flexibility is one of our pillars, and you can adjust your schedule directly via your customer portal or by contacting us directly. However, the reorganization of heavy logistics involves regressive fees based on the notice period:

More than 72h in advance : Free modification.

Between 48h and 71h : $50 fee.

Between 24h and 47h : $150 fee.

Same day (less than 24h) : $250 fee.
What payment methods are accepted ?
