Can I access my belongings once they are in storage ?
Yes. To guarantee the security and organization of the centre, access is by appointment with a 2-3 business day notice. This delay allows us to move your unit to a dedicated access zone.
Are the container interiors heated ?
The container itself is not heated. However, your belongings are protected from Quebec’s extreme climate variations thanks to the insulating structure of our industrial-grade units. Additionally, when stored in our Boucherville facility, your container benefits from a dry and tempered environment.
How does my rental renewal work?
Rentals operate on monthly cycles with an alert sent before each deadline.
Loyalty advantage : At the end of a long-term contract (e.g., 12 months), your preferential rate remains frozen for your following monthly renewals. You keep your savings with total flexibility, month after month.
