How do I reset my access ?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the platform’s login page. A recovery email will be sent to you instantly.
Can I modify my subscription online ?
Yes, you can submit a request to change your plan (Freedom to Advantage) directly through your dashboard.
Are my modifications updated in real-time ?
Absolutely. As soon as you update your payment method or contact information on our partner platform, the changes are applied instantly to your file.
For transport requests (movement or return), a notification is immediately sent to our Boucherville warehouse logistics team for scheduling as soon as possible.
