We believe that storage should be simple. Here are the answers to the most frequent questions to help you plan your project with total clarity.
How does delivery and cancellation pricing work ?
Transparency is our priority. Your delivery rate is calculated according to your zone. For any modification, it is free more than 72h in advance. Between 48h and 71h, a $50 fee applies. Between 24h and 47h, it is $100, and it increases to $250 for a same-day modification or a failed on-site delivery.
These fees are not arbitrary: they cover the extreme logistical complexity associated with heavy transport. They serve to compensate for truck mobilization, the rigorous route planning of our carrier partners, and the immediate reorganization of our teams to guarantee service fluidity for all our customers.
